Mr. Nitin Rajmitra is one of the youngest entrepreneur turned motivational speaker and trainer. In 2010 at the age of 20, this Stratford University USA student started his first business venture by the name Aunkara Buildtech providing mechanical engineering services and industrial maintenance solutions for the manufacturing units. In year 2013, he was nominated for the 'Youngest Entrepreneur of the Year 2013' award by ISSME. Today Aunkara Buildtech is serving more than 200 top manufactures of almost every industry that included food & beverage, chemicals, rubber & tire, refineries, fertilizers and pharmaceuticals. Aunkara Buildtech has been awarded the ‘Best Industrial Maintenance Solutions Provider of the Year 2019’ by Worldwide Achievers at Business Leaders’ Summit & Awards 2019, for an outstanding contribution and its services to the engineering industry.

 

In 2012, he co-founded YOTI Foundation, a youth centric revolution aimed at triggering the social consciousness of the youth while providing them with abundance of opportunities to enhance their leadership skills. Yoti Foundation successfully launched several social welfare projects including Project Rahgir, Project Shakti and also worked with the Government of India as training partners of Skill India and Digital India.

 

In the year 2013, at the age of 23, Mr. Rajmitra became one of the youngest research scholars of the community when his first paper, ‘Need of Critical Thinking & Self-Deception’ was published in International Journal of Business Management & Leadership which laid an emphasis on recommendations orientated against increasing suicides rates among youth in India. This paper became the foundation for Project ‘Rahgir’ which was designed to uplift students by instilling hope through a teaching module on positive thinking. Till date, more than 5000 students have been directly benefited through this initiative.  For his contributions in social welfare, Ablaze Education Society felicitated Mr. Nitin Rajmitra with ‘Award for Social Reform 2015’.

 

Once an entrepreneur, is always an entrepreneur. Mr. Rajmitra is ever ready to capitalize on any idea with a belief that “smallest of things matter.” He is always keen to convert them into successful business ventures. In 2015, he incorporated Serv499 Innovations Private Limited and launched Serv499.com, India’s first marketplace for Digital Services which gave students and youngsters a chance to become an entrepreneur and promote their talent into a revenue generating module. Serv499 was awarded the ‘Most Innovative Startup of the Year 2016’ award, powered by Sea TV Network.

 

In 2017 Mr. Rajmitra joined hands with BBC Alliance, a business management and investment banking firm to support upcoming startups and entrepreneurs, proving them one point of contact for all their needs. BBC Alliance provides solutions into Management, Sales & Marketing, Promotion & Branding, Human Resource, Fund Raising & Investments, Financial Management, Compliances, Accounting and Legal Advisory. Also, he initiated political consulting & election management services and fully handled MCD elections for a leading national political party. He is still very active into political consulting and managing profiles of several political leaders.

 

Recently in April 2019, Mr. Rajmitra initiated a new venture, ‘Rajmitra Royal Carriage Pvt Ltd’ which is aimed to provide luxurious but cheapest public transport facilities. He had a tie-up with Volvo and got them to develop specially designed luxury buses with facilities like bio-toilets, on-board pantry, internet, individual televisions etc. The company has decided to keep the fare as low as Government Roadway’s fare chart. This will give common man a chance to travel with luxury at a price he could afford. The very first luxury bus will hit the road on Delhi to Jaipur route from this Diwali onwards.

 

At the age of 29, Mr. Nitin Rajmitra, is managing four business ventures and mentoring more than a dozen of Startups.  His unstoppably journey in the world of entrepreneurship and his contributions in this corporate era forced the business world to recognize him as India’s Most Emerging Businessman of the Year 2019 at Rula Business Ratna Awards 2019. Today, he is successfully raising his ventures under the banner, ‘Rajmitra Group of Companies’.

 

Whenever he gets time, he visits school and colleges to share his experience and to motivate the youth. He provides training to students and young entrepreneurs, which is designed to enlighten the audience with positive approach towards life, personally as well as professionally. Being an entertainer, humorous, funny, educative and informative, Nitin is favorite among teenagers and youngsters across the nation.
